With over 17 years of experience in non-profits, David Moore has been promoted as the new executive director of the MercyOne Dubuque & Dyersville Foundations.
Mr. Moore, who was promoted to the position in July, served as the foundations’ development director for over nine years.
“MercyOne has the best people and being here during the pandemic, especially the last couple years, and just seeing the way our health care heroes have stepped up and been there for the community has been inspirational,” he said. “I look forward to keeping our current donors engaged and growing that base of support to advance our mission to deliver compassionate, healing health care to our communities.”
Mr. Moore graduated from the University of Dubuque with a double major in Communication and English and serves as a board member of the Association of Fundraising Professionals Greater Tri-State Chapter. David, along with his wife, Kate, also stay busy volunteering for many of the activities their three children are involved with in the Dubuque community.
