View the Chamber's 2026 Policy Agenda

Each year, the Dubuque Area Chamber of Commerce creates a policy agenda based on member feedback. Through conducting roundtable discussions, surveys, and consistent contact with members, we are constantly monitoring issues facing business. Based on that feedback, we create an agenda that highlights the needs of the local business community.

The Chamber uses this document to guide our advocacy at the local, state, and federal level. We are constantly working on your behalf to promote policy that aligns with our policy agenda but we are also available to help you as a business owner on individual items of concern.
