Dubuque, Iowa— (December 11, 2024) — Each month, Kwik Care features a local non-profit partner. During each partner’s designated month; all money collected from Kwik Care canisters, round-up button, and Kwik Stop Rewards app point conversions are donated to the non-profit partner.
Beginning in 2025, what was known as the Kwik Care canisters will now be referred to as Kwik Care Neighborhood Change. “Kwik Stop and Dairy Queen are locally owned, community focused, and we’re proud to be in your neighborhood.” Tessa Anderson, Vice President of Operations said. “The Kwik Care program is more than just the change canisters on the counter so with the new year we decided to incorporate a new name for our non-profit partnerships as the program continues to grow and evolve in our community.”
Kwik Care accepted applications through October 21st from local nonprofits for the Kwik Care Neighborhood Change program in 2025. “We received 39 non-profit applications to review. Narrowing down a very large and deserving group to our 12 recipients for the 2025 calendar was no easy task.” Anderson said. “Dubuque and its surrounding communities is home to numerous exceptional non-profit organizations that are all doing important things right here. We are excited to partner with these Dubuque-based non-profits during 2025, as we bring awareness to their organizations and their mission in our community.”
