Cedar Rapids, Iowa - ImOn Communications has hired Joel Westra as Chief Information Officer for the company. Mr. Westra will define and deliver the Information Technology and Network Systems strategy and operational capabilities across ImOn, and set the holistic strategy and direction for ImOn’s business and operational technology portfolios and all corresponding security and compliance needs.
Mr. Westra brings over 30 years of experience in diverse industries, including telecommunications, to his role at ImOn. For the past 20 years, his roles have been at the Director IT/CTO level. Most recently, he served as Chief Technology Officer for Elite Casino Resorts in Riverside, IA.
