FIVE FLAGS CENTER – Five Flags Center, Dubuque’s entertainment destination, will play host to one of the world’s foremost traveling circuses when the El Kahir Shrine Circus, produced by Carden International Circus, returns the Five Flags Arena on Tuesday, April 12. Tickets will go on sale this morning at 10:00 in person at the Five Flags Box Office and online via FiveFlagsCenter.com and Ticketmaster.
