What is your current position, and where do you work?
I am an Insurance Sales Agent at O'Connor and English Insurance Agency

What do you enjoy outside of work?
I love spending time with my family and friends outside of work, whether traveling, attending concerts (Red Dirt music enthusiast!), or trying out new places to eat and drink. You can also catch me reading, volunteering, or cooking in my free time. My favorite days of the year are when I can be outside – checking cows, hiking, biking, and side x side rides.

Tell us about your family.
In July 2023, I married my husband, Evan. I grew up outside of Dyersville with my parents, Al and Sue, and my two younger siblings, Eric and Kristi. Eric and his wife, Maggie, have two kiddos, Gavin and Grace, and Kristi and her boyfriend, Austin, have two furbabies, Brooks and Haus.

What is one unique fact about you that many people may not know?
I'm a very good speller. Except for one time in the 4th Grade Spelling Bee when I incorrectly spelled "Answer" -____-

Who is one person who inspires you, and why?
My Mom! She's been through a lot in her life, and those experiences have made her stronger, more determined, and very optimistic. In her (and Kelly Clarkson's words) "What doesn't kill you, makes you stronger."

Where is your favorite spot in Dubuque?
Millwork District - so much history and unique

What do you enjoy most about being a YP member?
Getting to know people/their experiences

What piece of advice would you give a new YP member?
Be active in your community - whether it's joining an organization, volunteering, or starting up a conversation with a stranger.
