Gifts bring 2025 giving to Dubuque organizations to more than $1.5 million

DUBUQUE, Iowa (Dec. 10, 2025)UMB Bank, n.a., a subsidiary of UMB Financial Corporation (Nasdaq: UMBF) is pleased to announce a total donation of $1 million to support five nonprofit organizations serving the Dubuque community. This is part of UMB’s annual corporate charitable donations that support a range of nonprofit organizations across its national footprint. To date, UMB has donated $6.4 million in 2025.

Recipient nonprofit organizations were selected based on needs, collaboration opportunities and alignment with UMB’s approach to serving communities across its footprint, including a focus on arts, agriculture, financial education and self-sufficiency.

      

 

    

The organizations receiving donations are:

  • United Way of Dubuque prevents and reduces poverty by investing in and supporting a collaborative, well-vetted network of immediate resources that reflects the community’s most pressing needs.
  • Hills & Dales helps build meaningful lives for individuals with disabilities by offering services that support the whole person and enhance community inclusion.
  • Carnegie Stout Library Foundation enriches community lives through philanthropic efforts to support the library's mission of encouraging discovery through experiences such as free educational and public programming and access to resources such as books, media, digital offerings, a modern maker space, and more.
  • Boys & Girls Club of Greater Dubuque enables all young people to reach their full potential as productive, caring and responsible citizens.
