DAVENPORT, IA – Ruhl&Ruhl REALTORS is pleased to announce the promotion of Chris Beason to company President. Beason is the fifth generation of the Ruhl family to lead the company. Ruhl&Ruhl was founded in 1862 and is the largest independently-owned brokerage in Iowa.

Before joining Ruhl&Ruhl Realtors in 2009 as a sales associate, Beason worked for two nationally recognized real estate agencies – The Norton Agency in Gainesville, Georgia and The Group, Inc. in Fort Collins, Colorado.
Beason held several positions within Ruhl&Ruhl, including managing several sales offices: DeWitt, Maquoketa, Moline, Bettendorf and Iowa City. Prior to his promotion to President, he served as the general sales manager.
In addition to serving as President, Beason is also a partner in NAI Ruhl Commercial Company, Ruhl Mortgage and Nelson Brothers Agency.
