Joining the Dubuque Area Chamber of Commerce was a smart move. You have joined more than 1,200 business owners and managers working to keep the economy and quality of life of our county healthy and prosperous.
Now it's time to make sure you've taken care of a few basics. The checklist of actions below will be key in helping you make the most of your Chamber membership.
The Chamber offers a lunch orientation session for new Chamber members and new employees of current member companies to learn more about the Dubuque Area Chamber of Commerce. You will meet other new members and learn more about how you can get involved with the Chamber.
Our members find that the more time they invest in Chamber participation, the greater the benefits of membership to their business. We encourage you to:
- Connect at Chamber events
- Support the passage of legislation designed to create new jobs and help small businesses grow
- Keep track of upcoming events by checking the online events calendar each month
- Take advantage of programs like Mega Networking, Business AM's & Business After Hours to help your business grow and prosper.
Verify your online directory listing
Every member of the Chamber has an online listing on www.dubuquechamber.com, the Chamber's online connection to a virtual world of business information. Your online listing contains basic contact information for your business, and can include a free link to your company's existing Website address, if you provide us with that information.
