President & CEO
Molly has full responsibility for the complete operation of the Chamber as it involves programs, planning and operations.
Senior Vice President
Barry oversees all day-to-day operations as well as coordinates events for the Dubuque Area Chamber of Commerce.
Vice President of Finance
Rick handles the accounting, tax, payroll and reporting for the Dubuque Area Chamber of Commerce.
Office Manager & Director of First Impressions
Ellen greets visitors on the telephone and in person and corresponds with members and visitors by mail and email. She also assists with accounting and the Dubuque Young Professionals.
Marketing & Programs Manager
Justine is responsible for developing digital and print marketing campaigns to further grow the Chamber and highlight our members. She also leads Business 2 Business (B2B) meetings for participating Chamber members and heads the Young Entrepreneurs Academy (YEA!) for area junior high and high school students to learn more about starting their own business.
Paige is responsible for growing the Chamber’s membership base through recruitment of new companies which involves developing and implementing strategies for building relationships and developing systems for identifying new members.
Little Paige’s responsibilities include keeping the office happy and cheering on the Chamber team. She also attends events and greets members with a bright eyed look to make them feel welcome.
Dan is a senior at Clarke University majoring in Sport Management. As the Government Intern, Travis will assist in the creation of the Chamber’s legislative priorities, help with the planning and coordination of Chamber events, attend committee meetings, and help the Chamber team as a whole.
Travis is majoring in Business Administrations at Clarke University. As the Government Intern, Travis will assist in the creation of the Chamber’s legislative priorities, help with the planning and coordination of Chamber events, attend committee meetings, and help the Chamber team as a whole.
Claire Cahill is a junior at Loras College majoring in Public Relations and minoring in Creative Writing and Business. As the Marketing Intern for the Chamber, Claire will assist in writing press releases, event set-up, newsletter content, assisting with the YEA! program and helping the Chamber team with needs as they arise.
